Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Returns

Since plants are live and perishable products, returns are generally not accepted.

Returns will only be accepted if:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Product received in poor condition due to transit

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
